In November 2020, Covid transmission was essentially zero in Australia, so we tried to book a trip to Tasmania. However, summer holidays were already booked out, so we booked for April instead. This was fortunate as Covid flared up on the Northern Beaches and we would not have been allowed to travel to Tasmania in the summer.
